Refund policy
ORDERS
All Baivina Jewellery products are made to order and can take between 1-2 weeks dependant on the product.
In the event that there are production or manufacturing delays a member of the Baivina Jewellery Customer Service Team will contact you directly.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Please note that Baivina Jewellery does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes as all orders require a signature upon delivery. In the event that there are delivery delays a member of the Baivina Jewellery Customer Service Team will contact you directly. Items ordered together may not always ship together or items on special order may take longer.
All shipments made within Australia are considered domestic with an estimated timeframe of 2-7 business days. To ensure the secure delivery of your package, a signature is required on delivery.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Baivina Jewellery does not offer refunds as all pieces are bespoke and custom made to order.
Items are accepted for credit or exchange in Australia if returned in saleable condition within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds are not available for purchases made online.
