If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, Baivina is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, Baivina will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.
Express Post (AU$ 15): Next business day delivery
· If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, we'll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by Australia Post Next Day Guarantee.
Express Post ( from AU$ 45): 2-4 business days
Shipping days do not include public holidays.
Once you receive your shipping confirmation email you can track your order by clicking the link in the email, or go directly to your account.
Custom and Duty charges:
Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, since we don't have any control over these charges, we can't cover them for you.
* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
* Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
* We do not deliver to PO Box address and parcel locker.
